Q: What kind of art do you create?
I am a botanical artist specialising in detailed, nature-inspired paintings. My work focuses on the beauty of flowers, plants, and natural forms, created using traditional techniques and high-quality materials. My paintings have been created using gouache paint on archival quality paper. I specialise in painting Roses.
Q: Are your paintings originals, prints, or both?
I offer original paintings and on the odd occasion, fine-art prints. Any artwork listed as original is one-of-a-kind.
Q: Do you accept commissions?
Yes, I accept a limited number of commissions each year. If you’re looking for a personalised botanical painting—whether it’s a specific flower, a meaningful plant, or a piece to match your space—I’d be delighted to discuss your idea.
Q: How do I request a commission?
Just get in touch and we can discuss your idea. Please share any details you have in mind, such as preferred flowers/plants, colors, size, and any reference photos. Price will be negotiated depending on the size of the piece and how much work is involved.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to arrange shipping for you.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping times vary by destination. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Because each piece is original artwork, great care is taken in packaging and preparation, so protecting the painting is always prioritised over rushing the shipping process.
Q: How is the artwork packaged?
All originals and prints are packaged with great care. Paintings are shipped flat and are wrapped and protected to ensure safe delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos, and I will work with you to find a suitable resolution. Because each piece is an original painting, I’m unable to accept returns for unwanted items.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email photos of the packaging and artwork as soon as possible. I will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
Care & Framing
Q: How should I care for my print or painting?
Keep your artwork out of direct sunlight and high humidity. When framing, use UV-protective glass and acid-free materials to maintain longevity.
Q: Do you offer framing?
At this time, artwork is sold unframed unless stated otherwise. I’m happy to recommend framing options if needed, and I can provide framing for UK customers at an additional cost.
